The currently available room is the largest of the two in the photos (brown walls, 20' x 13' feet with double bed, mattress protector, full size sofa, triple dresser, coffee and end tables, shelves, lamps, closet, desk and computer chair)
This room has a soundproofed ceiling, is quiet, spacious, clean, carpeted, well-lit and comfortable. High speed Wi-fi, central heat with additional individually controlled space heater.
Kitchenette is shared with 1 other student and has counter, sink, cupboards, freezer, 2-burner hot plate, microwave, 6 slice toaster oven, dishware, cutlery, cookware, dining table with 2 chairs, full size sofa, matching swivel chair, coffee table, end table.
Additional sitting room separating the bedrooms has sofa, storage cabinet, 2 dorm size refrigerators, (1 for each student), storage shelves, microwave, lamps.
The full bath (tub, shower, sink, cabinet and storage closet) is on the same level and also shared by the 2 students only.
Homeowners' laundry (washer and drier) are available for use on a limited basis during daytime hours (9-4).
Our three-story home is in a quiet, safe, family-oriented neighborhood that backs onto greenbelt and borders a small parkway/greenspace with pathway to 160th Street and on towards Tynehead Park walking trails. . Short walk to 104 Avenue/156 St. bus stops and Save on Foods/Guildford Village Shopping Centre. Short bus to Surrey Central station, Simon Fraser University-Surrey Campus; 13-15 minute drive to Trinity Western University.
Mature, professional couple (with 4 married children and 12 grandchildren who live elsewhere), welcome you to our peaceful home in a safe and pleasant neighborhood. We are looking for quiet, respectful, serious students, who will live considerately with others, care for furnishings and keep a clean environment with shared housekeeping in the student living area. We provide a safe, quiet and respectful environment in exchange for the same, and live on-sight.
Kirk is a Regent College Grad, Licensed Spiritual Director, and lifelong pastor/minister. Lori is a Certified OG Therapeutic Practitioner-Tutor who tutors privately out of our home a couple days/week.
