You will be sharing the common area. Currently there is 1 female student attending UVIC. There are 2 bedrooms available for rent.There are various quality of life upgrades in the townhouse such as brand new central air cconditioning, automatic sensor kitchen faucet, new low water usage toilets, storage shack for bicycles, new microwave and new washer and dryer. For each bedroom there is a twin bed, a desk, a dresser and closets provided.The rent includes all utilities and internet. Should you require parking, it is available at an additional $30 per stall per month. EV charging is available for an additional $20 per month and is only available for 1 stall. Street parking is free.We are looking for a 10.5 month lease period that starts on August 16, 2025 and ends on June 30, 2026.
